Eligibility Youth 16-24 years

Since 1982, Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU) has been instrumental in guiding youth in London and Middlesex County toward success. We believe that investing in youth and fostering strong communities are interconnected, recognizing that many young people require guidance and support to realize their full potential.

Every year, approximately 3,600 youth aged 16-30 benefit from the range of supports offered by YOU. Whether they seek assistance with basic needs and housing, access to healthcare including physical, mental, or dental services, or support in education and employment, our programs are tailored to empower youth to lead fulfilling lives.
