This free food bank is available to those who meet specific criteria. Food distribution is based on family size and depends on the availability of donated items, which are not guaranteed.

To Access the Food Bank:
The Kids First Food Bank is located at 900 Howard Ave, facing Niagara St. To register, you need to bring photo ID for all adults and identification for everyone else in the household, as well as proof of address and income. You can visit the food bank once every 30 days. Please bring your ID and your own bags each time you visit.
