The Pinecrest Terrace Community House stands as a steadfast beacon of support within our community, fostering trust-based relationships to provide vital assistance in times of need. Working closely with community members, we identify and address overarching needs while nurturing familial bonds and enhancing community resilience. Through a continuum of programs, we cultivate a welcoming and respectful environment for all, fostering positive relationships and trust among neighbors. Our diverse offerings include evening programs for children and youth year-round, providing mentorship and social recreation opportunities guided by our dedicated team. Additionally, we extend our support to adults and families through community events, services, and a food bank, supplemented by family excursions to explore Ottawa's cultural richness. Grateful for the dedication of our volunteers and placement students, who contribute countless hours to sustain our endeavors, we acknowledge their invaluable role in our operations. As a satellite of the Pinecrest Queensway Community Health Centre, we receive primary funding from the City of Ottawa, supplemented by grants and donations, with our space generously provided by Ottawa Community Housing. We express profound gratitude to our supporters, partners, and community members for their unwavering commitment to our mission.
